SLA Algorithm Update & New Features

We've rolled out a few things recently:
You can now send a message to customers via the UI to give them more information about their order. Click on the 3 dots, and then "Send Message". It is also available in the order details page.

We've completely revamped the quoting algorithm for the SLA technology. A few notable things:
- Faster quoting times (sample size ~2000 parts)
- Average: 1.5 seconds down from 15 seconds
- Median: 0.16 seconds down from 5 seconds
- Max: 95 seconds down from 5 minutes
- Zero failures vs 1% error rate
- More accurate quotes. The updated algorithm generates more accurate support structures to give customers more accurate quotes.
A new feature has been added to the service bureau subscription tier. We've named it the Upsell Feature. It allows you to add extra services that your customers can choose from. We've started off with a a flat per part cost structure and plan to add more in the coming future. If you'd like to see any specific features, we'd like to hear from you. Sky is the limit!
